Under direct guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager, this position will be responsible for ensuring all document and records tasks are met.  The ideal candidate will represent the Quality Assurance department professionally across various departments of all Unical Affiliate companies. 

• Auditing aviation maintenance and quality system records, prior to filing, for completeness.
• Train in, and participate in, internal audits of aviation maintenance and quality system records and documents as directed by the QA Manager.
• Timely scanning and filing of aviation maintenance and quality system records.
• Provide support for all departments by retrieving documents and/or records as requested in a timely manner.
• Assist with the transfer of older records from localized document control to the appropriate storage boxes in designated storage areas.
• Assist in documenting new procedures or updating existing ones.
• Other duties as assigned by QA Manager.

• High School diploma
• Detail Oriented. Must be able to organize a wide variety of documents and records and can identify and obtain correction of errors.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft based programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and have high attention to detail.
• Ability to work alone, or with a group, on assigned projects and meet assigned due dates.
• Configuration management knowledge a plus.

Travel:  No travel required.

Language:  Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
