AOG Sales has a the major role in a company or organization. It has direct contact with customers worldwide to provide excellent customer service, capturing orders, answering questions and problem solving during after hours, weekends and holidays. Work closely with AOG Operation team, sales group and finance.

Essential Functions:

• As a representative of Sales Organization, support the company mission, vision, strategic plan, goals and management decisions;
• Establish department mission and goals;
• Establish effective communication lines/methods;
• Assist leadership in decision making process and problem solving; develop records/files;
• Ensure effective employee/labor relations, create an ethical, non-discriminatory and safe work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Written and verbal communication with supervisor and company leadership will ensure that achievements are known, and concerns are addressed
• This position will require frequent updates and continuous change until we are able to find the best process to support our aog function

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience in aviation sales
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Skills:

• High School Diploma (GED)
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple task simultaneously
• Ability to work independent and as a team.

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit for long periods of time working with a computer and answering the telephone. Ability to lift at least 10 lbs.

Working Conditions:

48H per week

AOG Shift: Rotating Shift: Weekdays: 5PM-8AM (split hours) and or Weekends/Holidays: 12PM-12AM or 12AM-12PM

Off AOG Hours: Flexible

Travel:

As Needed. 1-2 times a year
